½ tsp cardamom powder

Step 1: Sauté the Carrots
Heat ghee in a non-stick pan.
Add grated carrots and sauté on medium flame for 6–8 minutes until raw smell goes and carrots soften slightly.
Step 2: Cook with Milk
Pour in milk and mix well.
Cook on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the milk is absorbed and the mixture thickens.
Step 3: Sweeten and Flavor
